Job summary

Elopak in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities across production. You will liaise with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, and external contractors to ensure work is planned, resourced, and documented in the CMMS, with a focus on reliability and uptime.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in maintenance planning/scheduling or industrial maintenance.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience with CMMS software (Ultimo, SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM or similar).
• Strong Excel and analytics skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Create, prioritize, and manage CMMS work orders.
• Monitor work orders through completion and closure.
• Maintain equipment history and maintenance records.
• Source spare parts and services for maintenance activities.
• Coordinate labor, tools, contractors, and parts.
• Ensure schedules are communicated to teams and priorities set.
