Job summary

TSP talent is hiring a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to evaluate work requests, develop job scopes, estimate resources, and inspect sites for safe, efficient completion. You will coordinate with teams to prioritize maintenance and keep work order backlogs organized for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, maintaining records, training staff on CMMS, and driving improvements through metrics and reviews. Strong technical aptitude and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in maintenance planning/scheduling, or 5–10 years as a machine repair technician.
• Industrial manufacturing environment familiarity; electrical/mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule work orders, including preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for maintenance analysis.
• Train and support site employees on the CMMS.
• Improve planning and scheduling effectiveness through metric reviews and process enhancements.
