Job summary

Danone USA is seeking a Maintenance Leader in City of Industry, CA to own the equipment maintenance plan and drive reliability. You will lead planning, scheduling, and KPI tracking to ensure safe, efficient operations across 24/7 manufacturing lines.

We expect a 4-year engineering degree (or equivalent), 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership, and strong knowledge of maintenance planning, SAP, and MS Office. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3-5 years manufacturing experience with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize work orders within 24 hours of generation.
• Lead scheduling of maintenance work for the week and month.
• Champion equipment reliability and performance.
• Develop and update the annual maintenance plan and calendar.
• Ensure maintenance KPI tracking and reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate with line leaders on startup/shutdown optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
