Job summary

Danone North America City of Industry, CA is seeking a Maintenance Leader to drive reliability and preventive maintenance across the plant. You will lead the maintenance planning, scheduling, and analysis to ensure equipment performance and uptime.

Qualifications

• Fundamental knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize work orders within 24 hours of generation.
• Lead the weekly maintenance planning and scheduling process.
• Coordinate planned stops and major maintenance interventions.
• Ensure maintenance documentation and drawings are accurate and up-to-date.
• Develop and update the annual maintenance plan and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve uptime and reliability.
