Job summary

Danone Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Maintenance Leader to guide equipment reliability and maintenance teams on a 24/7 production line. You will champion preventive maintenance, analyze failures, and drive reliability improvements across critical assets.

Lead multi-shift technicians and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and CI to optimize performance and safety. This role supports capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience leading maintenance activities, teams, or reliability initiatives.
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate across functions.
Ability to support a 24/7 Manufacturing Operation with multi-shift visibility.

Responsibilities
