Job summary

Florida Crystals Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Planner Analyst to support the maintenance department by collecting data and coordinating planning activities. The role focuses on equipment availability, reliability, and maximizing operating profit through effective planned maintenance.

The candidate will screen work orders, estimate hours, manage parts, and coordinate outages with the maintenance team, Operations, and vendors, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in the skilled trades.
• Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and safety awareness.
• English proficiency; Spanish a plus; SAP experience a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Screen incoming work orders for scope and planning level.
• Estimate hours, duration, and skills for tasks.
• Maintain payroll entries and align with SAP as needed.
• Plan parts and tools to maximize wrench time and efficiency.
• Coordinate outages, scope, scheduling, and risk assessments.
• Close work orders and maintenance logs upon completion.
