Job summary

Florida Crystals Corporation in South Florida is seeking a Maintenance Planner Analyst to support the maintenance department by managing data collection and planning for equipment availability and reliability.

The role includes screening work orders, estimating hours, coordinating parts, planning outages, and ensuring timely closure of maintenance logs, with English communication and supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred.
• Degree must have been awarded by an accredited college or university in the US.
• Minimum 5-years work experience in the skilled trades.
• Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Supervisory experience is desirable.
• Ability to communicate in English – Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Screen incoming work orders for scope and required planning level.
• Estimate hours, total duration, and skills required for tasks.
• Payroll entry and corrections into SAP as emergency backup.
• Balance payroll to planned maintenance.
• Plan jobs with appropriate detail for skilled trades.
• Determine parts and tools required for tasks.
• Plan parts for projects to maximize wrench time and efficiency.
• Deliver work orders to trades with weekly schedule.
• Coordinate priority setting with management and operations input.
• Keep bills of materials current.
• Measure maintenance backlog accurately.
• Enter and manage equipment and repair parts data.
• Close work orders and maintenance logs after completion.
• Participate in outage planning activities and scheduling.
