The role involves screening work orders, estimating hours and parts, SAP payroll backup, outage planning, and ensuring timely completion while maintaining safety and cost discipline.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• US-accredited degree preferred; equivalency verified for non-US cases.
• Minimum 5 years in skilled trades with strong mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Supervisory experience desirable.
• English communication required; Spanish a plus; SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen incoming work orders, identify scope and required planning level.
• Estimate hours, total duration and skills for tasks.
• Payroll entry in SAP as emergency backup and balance with plan.
• Plan jobs with detail for skilled trades workforce.
• Determine tools and parts; manage BOMs and parts logistics.
• Print and deliver work orders with weekly schedule.
• Coordinate outage planning, scope, scheduling and risk.
• Prepare work schedules and pick lists for outages.
