Job summary

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center seeks a Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Supervisor to lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and work control for South Campus properties. You will drive data-driven decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance, coordinating with IT and operations teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in maintenance or scheduling, leadership experience with teams of 3+, and strong CMMS expertise, preferably IBM Maximo.

Qualifications

• Requires 4 years of experience in maintenance, construction, project management or scheduling with supervisory experience.
• Strong background in maintenance planning, work control, asset management and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to analyze maintenance data and generate operational reports.
• Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and work control processes for South Campus properties.
• Manage work control processes for assigned maintenance personnel to prioritize queues.
• Incorporate regulatory requirements and local objectives into planning activities.
• Ensure planners follow established planning/scheduling procedures.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and cross-unit collaboration.
