The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center seeks a Manager, Operations & Maintenance to lead Physical Plant operations ensuring safe, reliable facilities, utilities, and support services across the institution.

You will provide leadership for facilities teams, manage budgets and contracts, direct repair and maintenance, and coordinate with institutional partners to meet strategic goals while supporting patient care, research, and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, healthcare administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in operations and management of a physical plant, to include three years of supervisor experience.
• Certifications: CFM and/or CETA or Six Sigma/Lean preferred.
• PE license preferred upon hire.
