Job summary

Dairy-Farmers-of-America, Inc. in Cabool, MO is seeking a Maintenance Systems Coordinator to support maintenance operations. You will coordinate work orders, manage parts, and schedule preventive and predictive maintenance to keep plant performance reliable.

You will collaborate with production teams and contractors for efficient operations, and will perform hands-on electrical work as needed. The role is based at our Cabool, MO retort plant with 1st shift.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in maintenance planning, scheduling, or reliability.
• Mechanical experience with high-speed bottling and EVAP equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of boilers, chillers, and HVAC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work orders and manage CMMS planning data.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Manage onsite MRO inventory operations.
• Coordinate material requests and supplier schedules.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve problems and implement new processes.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and electrical work as needed.
