Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Systems Coordinator to join our Cabool, MO plant.

The role supports maintenance operations by coordinating work orders, managing parts, scheduling maintenance activities, and collaborating with production teams and contractors to ensure reliable plant performance. Responsibilities include developing maintenance schedules, managing CMMS data, and coordinating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in maintenance, planning, scheduling or reliability.
• Mechanical experience with high-speed bottling, canning, packaging and EVAP equipment is highly desired.
• Working knowledge of boilers, chillers and HVAC systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMMS and SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance work orders and track progress to meet production schedules.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Manage onsite MRO inventory and supplier coordination.
• Schedule planned and emergency maintenance activities with production teams and contractors.
• Analyze parts quality, cost and availability for planning processes.
• Determine job planning, workforce needs and shifts for maintenance projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and implement new procedures.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and electrical work as needed.
