You will coordinate with technicians and vendors to maximize equipment reliability, schedule preventive maintenance, and manage work orders from initiation to completion.

The position offers a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri) with a fixed pay rate of $24.00 per hour and is based at the KES - 2400 Yorkmont Road, Charlotte, NC 28217.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in maintenance planning/scheduling or facilities management.
Experience using a CMMS to manage work orders and schedules.
Knowledge of commercial foodservice equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, prioritize, and schedule preventive, reactive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Manage maintenance of work orders from initiation through completion using a CMMS.
Coordinate technicians, vendors, parts, and materials to maximize equipment reliability.
