Job summary

SCN BestCo in Mooresville, NC is seeking an Equipment Reliability Engineer responsible for maintaining and optimizing manufacturing assets. You will lead ARP, drive predictive maintenance, and implement improvements to reduce downtime.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and 4+ years of manufacturing experience, strong troubleshooting, and proficiency in MS Office; PLCs/servo knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 4+ years in manufacturing engineering.
• Experience implementing maintenance reliability programs including predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of EPA/OSHA rules and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot problems and implement repair techniques with root cause analyses.
• Develop, implement, and improve the Asset Reliability Program (ARP).
• Design and install new/modified equipment to improve reliability and maintainability.
• Serve as a contact for complex troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment.
• Inspect machines for conformance with operating standards.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance activities and allocate resources.
