Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Project or similar planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Close work orders daily in the Maintenance database system.
• Maintain electronic and physical maintenance master data for parts and equipment.
• Input Preventive Maintenance plans into the CMMS (SAP or similar).
• Prepare documentation for time entry and maintenance scheduling.
• Input data, run reports, and create charts in CMMS and related systems.
• Coordinate with third-party contractors for maintenance activities.
• Own planning for preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance.
• Develop weekly and long-term work plans; manage backlog and resources.
