Job summary

Maritime Paper Products LP seeks a Maintenance Planner & Asset Management Coordinator to optimize maintenance planning, manage CMMS, and drive reliability initiatives across facilities in NS/NB. You will coordinate between maintenance and production leadership to minimize downtime and manage parts lead times.

The role emphasizes asset lifecycle planning, data governance, and KPI reporting to improve maintenance effectiveness and cost control.

Qualifications

• Engineering/technician diploma in a related field.
• Reliability certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience with CMMS administration and KPI reporting.
• 5+ years in industrial maintenance or asset management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Power BI and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities across multiple assets.
• Maintain preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Coordinate labor, contractors, tools, and materials for planned work.
• Develop asset lifecycle and capital planning processes.
• Maintain data accuracy in equipment master records and CMMS.
• Prepare maintenance performance reports and KPI analysis.
