Job summary

Ancient Crunch Inc. is seeking a Spare Parts Coordinator / Maintenance Planner & Scheduler at our Hackettstown, NJ facility. You will plan PM work, manage part inventories, and coordinate downtime to minimize production impact while controlling maintenance costs.

The ideal candidate combines strong organization with technical familiarity of production equipment and willingness to learn. This role leads initiatives aligned with our maintenance strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning and spare parts management in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with CMMS and inventory control processes.
• Exposure to procurement and vendor coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan PMs and manage preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate spare parts availability and kitting for planned work.
• Track life cycles of components and optimise replacement intervals.
• Schedule downtime around production and sanitation windows.
• Collaborate with maintenance, production, and suppliers.
