Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance of food processing equipment (fryers, packaging machines, conveyors).
• Familiar with GMP, SQF, USDA guidelines in food manufacturing.
• Ability to document maintenance activities for audits.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary for PM plan compliance and company policies.
• Maintain and repair fryers, packaging machines, and related equipment.
• Maintain loading docks plates, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
• Consult manuals and resources to keep equipment in proper order.
• Keep equipment lubricated to prevent shutdowns.
• Work with approved vendors for smooth operations.
• Assist in selecting new/replacement equipment.
• Engage daily with team to verify PM needs.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors for maintenance tasks.
• Participate in continuous improvements to product safety and quality.
