Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret regulations and policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and with customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Maintain maintenance planning databases by inputting equipment history, parts, tools and supply inventories.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules by identifying least-cost alternatives based on parts availability and downtime.
• Develop corrective maintenance schedules by entering work requests and estimating time, parts, tools and supplies.
• Improve maintenance operations by reviewing production records and costs, identifying problems and trends, and recommending improvements.
• Meet maintenance budget by tracking material expenses and identifying trends.
• Provide information by summarizing data and trends; update knowledge through education opportunities.
• Encourage employee suggestions to improve production, quality, safety and/or costs.
• Draw design layouts showing equipment locations and facilities; ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
