Responsibilities

• Attends meetings to assist in resolution of issues.
• Enter grid edits into HFA program.
• Troubleshoot backorder, waste, and system issues as they arise.
• Prepare change orders and verify delivery dates.
• Maintain accurate records of grid edit data and errors with solutions.
