Job summary

Burrow Global is seeking an experienced Maintenance Scheduler for a long-term role at a chemical facility in Dayton, TX. You will create, communicate, and update daily and weekly maintenance schedules using job plans and progress inputs from Operations Maintenance Coordinators.

You will ensure full net capacity utilization of on-site labor, manage backlogs, and act as a key problem solver for scheduling. Strong SAP and Prometheus experience, plus advanced Excel skills, are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years scheduling experience using Prometheus.
• Strong ability to sequence job activities effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Creation & Management: Build daily and weekly maintenance schedules with start/end times and durations.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources for full net capacity utilization across the site.
• Backlog & Work Order Management: Manage Active/RSCD backlog and coordinate reviews; assemble job packages.
• Meetings & Communication: Lead scheduling meetings and update schedules daily based on progress.
• System & Data Administration: Update SAP, generate reports, assist KPIs, and support SAP changes.
• Process Improvement & Coaching: Lead planners, improve scheduling processes, handle requisitions and invoicing.
