Job summary

USA Compression Partners, LP is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to manage maintenance planning in SAP PM. You will coordinate with Operations across regional offices and compressor stations to develop weekly maintenance schedules and ensure accurate maintenance orders for reporting.

The role emphasizes proactive workforce optimization, data accuracy, and collaboration with Management while supporting audits and master data requests within SAP PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma with equivalent experience
• 2–5 years of experience
• SAP PM experience preferred
• General software skills to support SAP PM configuration and use
• Understanding responsibilities of Planner/Scheduler
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Team player with interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Define valid work requests per SOPs and prioritize, plan and schedule maintenance
• Create and update maintenance plans in SAP PM and verify information
• Engage Operations to optimize workforce and minimize downtime
• Assign scheduled maintenances in SAP PM with clear scope and realistic dates
• Manage status of maintenance work orders from creation to completion
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager for unfinished orders
• Prepare and distribute weekly compliance and backlog reports
• Travel to assigned areas to assist operations with SAP PM
• Troubleshoot SAP PM issues and assist audits
• Support Master Data requests and SAP PM upgrades
• Maintain documentation for SAP PM processes
