Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of scheduling experience using Prometheus.
• Previous project controls experience is preferred.
• Strong ability to sequence job activities effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills as a motivated self-starter.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create and manipulate formulas.
• Proficiency across the broader Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Create daily and weekly maintenance schedules with precise start/end times and durations based on resource estimates and job plans.
• Allocate maintenance resources for full net capacity utilization across the site.
• Manage Active/RSCD backlog and coordinate monthly backlog reviews with Operations Maintenance Coordinators.
• Lead daily and weekly scheduling meetings and communicate schedule status.
• Complete inputs and updates in SAP and generate reports for KPIs.
• Drive scheduling improvements and assist with purchase requisitions and invoice processing.
