DTE Energy is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to perform on-site maintenance planning and coordination at the Woodland and Stockton, California sites. You will plan, schedule, direct, coordinate, and report maintenance activities to support production reliability and align with plant goals.

The role requires CMMS proficiency, knowledge of power plant equipment, and strong organizational skills. Candidates may have a high school diploma with extensive experience or a related degree with several years

Qualifications

• Experience in solid fuel fired power plant planning/scheduling.
• Knowledge of CMMS and maintenance best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a matrix organization.

Responsabilités

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities daily.
• Manage outage planning milestones and resource assignments.
• Develop and optimize maintenance plans with operations and maintenance teams.
• Create reports on maintenance metrics and compliance.
• Train and support team members on planning and CMMS usage.
