Lignetics, Inc. in White Pigeon, Michigan, is seeking a Maintenance Planner to organize the plant's maintenance program and schedule daily activities. The role focuses on developing BOMs, setting up CMMS routines, stocking spares, and generating work orders and packages for the maintenance team.

The ideal candidate has experience with CMMS, strong English communication, and a practical, hands-on approach to maintenance planning in a high-temperature environment. OT and on-call hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience using CMMS to plan and schedule maintenance.
• Strong English reading/writing and on-floor communication.
• Ability to perform basic calculations and read equipment manuals.

Responsabilités

• Plan and schedule the maintenance program at the plant.
• Develop detailed BOMs for equipment and enter into CMMS.
• Develop maintenance routines for wear components in CMMS.
• Determine spare parts stock and organize storeroom.
• Set up auto-reorder in CMMS and manage orders/receiving.
• Generate daily work orders and packages for the team.
• Manage KPIs for maintenance function.
• Lead planning for major outages.
• Understand operations to plan improvements.
