Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of power plant experience including O&M Tech III qualification.
• Experience with wood fired steam turbine generation.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• Knowledge of power plant safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to read and communicate in English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site safety and environmental compliance; take corrective actions as needed.
• Assist supervisor in planning and directing housekeeping and maintenance activities.
• Oversee startup, shutdown, inspections, testing, and procedure adherence.
• Maintain administrative documents, generate reports, and replenish consumables.
• Provide feedback on operations and help develop daily schedules.
• Coordinate training and development of O&M Technicians.
• Plan routine preventive and predictive maintenance with supervision.
• Coordinate with on-site and remote personnel and contractors.
• Promote plant efficiency while safeguarding people and environment.
