Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Maintenance Technician/Planner/Scheduler in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• GMP, HACCP familiarity a plus.
• Technical degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology preferred.
• Strong communication across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient with CMMS (Maximo preferred) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all work orders, CM and PMs.
• Coordinate with production leaders to optimize labor resources.
• Add steps and hours to CM work orders.
• Ensure equipment readiness and availability for maintenance work.
• Schedule preventive maintenance per best practices.
• Manage spare parts inventory and Maximo entries.
• Maintain 100% compliance with ADM Critical Safety Device testing.
• Enter weekly/monthly maintenance KPIs.
• Lead weekly maintenance review meetings and outages planning.
