Job summary

Allied Reliability is seeking a Maintenance Planner II for a 3-9 month contract with potential for direct hire. The role focuses on improving day-to-day maintenance execution, planning integrity, and data quality in Maximo.

Expect coaching sessions with Maintenance Managers and development of standard work and SOPs. The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of maintenance planning experience, with a CMRP certification considered a plus, and will collaborate across operations, engineering, and

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of maintenance planning experience.
• CMRP certification a plus.
• Experience with turnaround, outage, and shutdown planning and coordination.
• Develop new job plans and maintain the job plan library (task lists).
• Maintain accurate equipment specifications, information, and parts lists (BOMs).
• Manage the ready backlog to ensure work is fully planned, kitted, and prioritized.
• Daily management of the PM program.
• Ensure all work orders are accurately completed and closed out in Maximo.
• Interfaces with operations, engineering, and procurement with minimal supervision.
• Weekly 1:1 coaching with Maintenance Managers on planning, job walkdowns, and post-job reviews.
• Create standard work, quick reference guides, and SOPs that endure after engagement.

Responsibilities
