Job summary

VIVA USA Inc is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support manufacturing operations onsite in a factory environment. You will partner with maintenance, production, engineering, procurement, and storeroom teams to plan, schedule, dispatch, and close work orders, ensuring asset reliability and uptime.

Responsibilities include CMMS data integrity, spare parts management, and procurement support, with a focus on continuous improvement and reliable maintenance execution in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or higher OR 3+ years of applicable work experience.
• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with SAP, CMMS, and EAM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CMMS data integrity and documentation for maintenance assets.
• Manage maintenance work orders: planning, scheduling, dispatch, and closure.
• Support spare parts inventory management and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with procurement teams and suppliers for material readiness.
• Balance multiple priorities to enable maintenance readiness and continuous improvement.
