Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support the Maintenance Manager in coordinating daily activities within the Maintenance department. The role includes ordering supplies, inventory control, project management, scheduling work orders and PMs, pricing/returns, and vendor negotiations to ensure smooth operations while considering budget, safety, and environmental factors.

The position requires CMMS experience, collaboration with Operations, and the ability to manage multi-task

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• At least three (3) years' cross-functional maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CMMS to manage maintenance work.
• Purchase parts/supplies.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.
• Negotiate with vendors and ensure MRO compliance.
• Maintain parts inventory and update parts room.
• Conduct Rx training updates with Maintenance Technicians.
• Conduct monthly safety training updates with Technicians.
• Schedule online training for Maintenance Technicians.
• Update metrics and monthly site dashboard.
• Write SMPs and maintain ISO documents.
