Job summary

Link Technical Talent is helping a global manufacturer in Pittston, PA, recruit a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler. The role centers on taking ownership of daily and weekly maintenance schedules, coordinating with technicians and production teams, and ensuring parts availability.

You will shadow maintenance staff on the shop floor to learn equipment before rotating into SAP, planning, and production-floor duties.

Qualifications

• Experience as Maintenance Planner or Scheduler in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• ERP experience is required.
• Ability to work on the shop floor and learn equipment during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily and weekly maintenance schedules, work orders, resources, parts availability, and job completion
• Coordinate maintenance activities through SAP with technicians, production teams, and spare parts
• Receive specialist training in SAP, work order management, master data, maintenance processes, and industrial equipment
