Job summary

Primo Brands Corporation seeks a Maintenance Planner/Project Manager in Dallas, TX to lead maintenance planning, reliability initiatives, and supplier coordination in a high-speed beverage facility.

You will implement CMMS SAP processes, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure asset reliability and cost-effective maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Certification in Industrial Maintenance or Project Management strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in maintenance planning or project management.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical parts manuals, catalogues, SOPs.
• Experience across several business functions with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement, execute, and continually improve maintenance standards for the factory to ensure machine reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Adhere to corporate supplier contracts and standards.
• Apply proper codification to materials and use MRP concepts for stocked material.
• Coordinate with vendors for material specs, price, and sourcing.
• Lead PDCA meetings and drive reliability-centered maintenance plans.
