Job summary

Coca‑Cola Southwest Beverages LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Maintenance Planner to oversee the plant preventive maintenance program and the parts room. You will coordinate work orders, manage inventories, and track purchases to support monthly budgets.

The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with CMMS systems such as Maximo. Experience with SAP and EBP is a plus; this is a full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 3 years of parts ordering and inventory management.
• 3 years of plant/project/construction work planning and scheduling (preferred).
• Experience with Maximo preferred; CMMS strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute the plant PM program.
• Organize and audit work orders to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure inventory levels in the maintenance parts room.
• Track purchase orders and report monthly budgets.
• Lead the Parts Expeditor / Clerk.
• Purchase parts through SAP and EBP; maintain SAP PM database.
• Arrange disposal of hazardous chemicals.
• Coordinate annual equipment inspections.
• Schedule weekly maintenance planning meetings.
