Job summary

Primo Brands in Dallas, TX is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Project Manager to drive maintenance standards across the plant and ensure machine reliability.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance planning or project management, SAP CMMS proficiency, and strong Excel skills. Preference given to those with industrial maintenance PM certifications. Competitive benefits and on-site schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certification in Industrial Maintenance or Project Management strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance planning or project management.
• Ability to read complex technical manuals and SOPs.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and LEAN or TPM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve factory maintenance standards and reliability.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for MRO purchases.
• Lead PDCA meetings and plan work orders.
• Manage SAP CMMS reporting and KPI tracking.
• Support asset reliability and maintenance budgeting.
