Job summary

Red Boot Beverage is seeking a Maintenance Planning Manager to develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs, ensuring equipment reliability and safe, efficient production. The role oversees planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance activities, with emphasis on CMMS data, safety, and continuous improvement within a beverage co-packing facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, maintenance management, manufacturing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in maintenance planning, reliability, or maintenance management in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms and maintenance planning practices.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive maintenance and reliability improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs to support equipment reliability.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities for efficient labor, parts, and resources.
• Manage the maintenance work order process from prioritization to documentation.
• Review equipment history to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with procurement/inventory to improve spare parts availability and readiness.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
