Job summary

Nestlé in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to develop and manage the preventative and predictive maintenance program for the plant. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance or planning experience.
• 1+ year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute and improve planning methodology for the preventative maintenance program.
• Coordinate SAP for maintenance functions by creating, maintaining, and modifying work orders as necessary.
• Plan work calendar to meet the quality and timeliness expectations of production.
• Provide functional leadership for the hourly maintenance team in processing, packing, and utilities.
• Perform field inspections, determine appropriate job work scopes, develop work plans, and stage parts kits.
• Identify equipment failure trends and report them to the engineering department for root cause analysis.
