Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in a maintenance role with robots and welding.
• Experience purchasing and working with outside vendors.
• Strong math skills to analyze costs and data.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience in inventory management, lead times and reorder levels.
• Familiarity with CMMS software (eMaint) is a plus.
• Ability to interact with cross-functional teams and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
• Willing to cross-train in skilled trades and knowledge of robotics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.
• Issues work orders and ensures parts are available.
• Coordinates preventive maintenance with Maintenance and Production Planning.
• Tracks maintenance-related breakdowns, OA, OEE, MTTR & MTBF.
• Manages spare parts in the MRO inventory and coordinates with vendors.
• Monitors lead times and adjusts min/max levels to reduce stock.
• Supports equipment breakdowns and safety compliance.
• Communicates with production, quality, logistics, IT and HR.
• Ensures KPIs and CI objectives are met.
