Job summary

Magna Cosma International is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced plant environment. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automation issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, hands-on experience with PLCs, robots, and motion control systems, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in industrial maintenance or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and non-production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and automation issues.
• Respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime and quality concerns.
• Perform PM and scheduled maintenance; analyze failures for root causes.
• Support installation, startup, and optimization of new equipment and tooling.
• Operate SAP/CMMS to manage work orders and documentation.
