Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support our global manufacturing operations. You will develop PM/PdM routines, manage maintenance records, and help drive reliability improvements across rotating machinery, pipes, and electrical systems.

The role requires strong leadership, Hazard recognition, and coordination with purchasing, storeroom, and operations. Expect to work with a proactive team in a fast-paced plant environment with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

Chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
6+ years maintenance experience in Chemical Processing Industry; gas processing a plus.
3 years daily maintenance and periodic turnaround planning.
Expertise in developing detailed R&M plans for complex rotating machinery, piping and electrical systems.
Hazard recognition and PPE compliance requirements.
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure complete and accurate records of maintenance activities.
Assist in maintaining storeroom stock levels.
Create PM/PdM routines.
Help establish and monitor maintenance KPIs.
Participate in safety and environmental initiatives and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate input from team members, contractors, and suppliers for baseline schedules.
