• Collaborates to ensure timely completion of work orders and equipment operation.
• Controls spare parts ordering, stocking, and inventory.
• Develops or refines preventive maintenance tasks and schedules.
• Supports junior maintenance colleagues and adheres to safety policies.
• Participates in plant safety, housekeeping, and lean programs.
