Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering field required.
• 3–5 years as an engineer or maintenance planner in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be organized and able to train and support software users; position manages one direct resource.

Responsibilities

• Create complete work packages with scope, labor, parts, tools, permits, safety requirements, and technical documentation.
• Monitor work execution and CMMS documentation; maintain equipment history and failure records.
• Manage contractors and create purchase requisitions for maintenance labor and materials.
• Analyze MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, backlog, and downtime data; develop dashboards, reports, and improvement actions.
• Support reliability-centered maintenance, root-cause failure analysis, predictive maintenance, audits, and EWO discrepancy resolution.
• Supervise the storeroom administrator, coordinate cycle counts, and approve additions or removals from the stock list.
• Review safety and environmental forms and confirm planned work meets risk-assessment, LOTO, and regulatory requirements.
