Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor Degree preferred.
• 5+ years in industrial maintenance preferred.
• 2 years of customer service skills required.
• 3 years of CMMS experience required.
• Knowledge of storeroom policies; SAP, UKG, Windows apps (Excel/Word/Outlook) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate plannable maintenance work.
• Maintain maintenance records for analysis and reporting.
• Supervise Storeroom Attendant and store/ship/log all plant materials.
• Develop and publish weekly maintenance schedules based on capacity planning.
• Provide procedures for completing work and closing work orders.
• Ensure safety permits are properly completed.
• Reduce maintenance costs while improving equipment conditions.
