Job summary

Mentor Technical Group is seeking a Maintenance Planner to plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance in a regulated manufacturing setting. You will manage resources, contractors, and documentation, and ensure CMMS records meet regulatory requirements.

The role requires knowledge of CMMS, OSHA standards, and cGMP; strong communication and technical writing skills; and at least 5 years in maintenance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in a technical field preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or maintenance environments required.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance or facilities experience within a regulated industry.
• Experience working with CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage resources, contractors, materials, and maintenance documentation.
• Maintain accurate CMMS records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance activities across departments and teams.
