Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing equipment knowledge.
• Ability to understand maintenance terminology, equipment components, and repair processes.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, parts diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Strong computer and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple maintenance priorities and work requests.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare maintenance work to minimize production disruption.
• Develop detailed work orders with scope, labor, and required materials.
• Coordinate with operations, purchasing, and other departments.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs and PM frequencies.
• Maintain CMMS data, equipment records, and backups.
• Identify spare parts, parts numbers, and inventory needs.
• Provide accurate labor and resource estimates for scheduling.
• Review completed work for quality and documentation.
