Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing equipment knowledge.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, parts diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Strong computer and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple maintenance priorities and work requests.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare maintenance work with clear work orders and scopes.
• Identify required labor, tools, equipment, parts, and materials; estimate labor hours.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance procedures and PM frequencies.
• Create and maintain CMMS records and backlogs; attach manuals and drawings.
• Coordinate with purchasing, storeroom personnel, vendors, and maintenance staff to ensure material readiness.
• Communicate constraints and schedule downtime; support scheduling meetings.
