Job summary

Adler Pelzer Group 1 is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to monitor supply shop inventory, order needed items, and verify received supplies to meet manufacturing throughput and cost objectives.

You will maintain and optimize the preventive maintenance system, assisting the supervisor with work orders and parts tracking, while adhering to QS9000/TS16949 and ISO 14001 requirements and EH&S regulations. Overtime and longer shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and comprehend work instructions.
• Experience with preventive maintenance systems and scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors inventory in supply shop and orders needed items.
• Verifies supplies received to meet manufacturing requirements.
• Assists maintenance supervisor in filing completed work orders and tracking parts.
• Maintains ownership of the preventive maintenance (PM) system, including scheduling, tracking, and optimizing maintenance tasks.
• Accepts assignments and other responsibilities to support team objectives.
• Adheres to QS9000/TS16949 requirements.
• Adheres to ISO 14001 requirements.
• Complies with Environmental Health and Safety Regulations.
• May work overtime and possibly a 2nd or 3rd shift.
• May stand for long periods.
