Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance or reliability teams.
• Ability to develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, operations and procurement.
• Experience with maintenance budgeting and cost control.
• Familiarity with SAP PM and maintenance planning best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the maintenance team for efficient execution of activities.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to optimize maintenance schedules.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance projects, including shutdowns and turnarounds, within budget.
• Monitor equipment performance, identify trends, and suggest reliability improvements.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders and documentation for compliance.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed by the team.
• Identify training needs and facilitate staff development.
• Manage maintenance budgets and cost-effective repair solutions.
• Coordinate with procurement on spare parts and materials.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and maintenance technologies.
