Job summary

Elementis PLC is seeking a Maintenance Planner to plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance activities across our operations. The role focuses on organizing preventive, predictive and corrective work, developing detailed job plans, securing materials, and aligning schedules with production needs.

You will use CMMS to manage work orders, track KPIs like schedule compliance and downtime, and collaborate with supervisors, technicians, engineers and vendors.

• Coordinate maintenance schedules with operations to minimize production impact.
• Ensure required parts, materials, and services are identified and available prior to job execution.
• Maintain and continuously improve preventive maintenance strategies and asset histories.
• Use the CMMS to manage work orders, schedules, and maintenance data.
• Prioritize maintenance work based on asset criticality, risk, and operational impact.
• Track KPIs such as schedule compliance, backlog, and equipment downtime.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, safety, and cost control.
• Collaborate with supervisors, technicians, engineers, and vendors to ensure effective execution of maintenance work.
