Job summary

Kerry is seeking a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler to enhance productivity by planning labor, parts, tools, and equipment access. You will develop and maintain PM programs, schedule work orders, and support technicians to ensure efficient maintenance execution.

Responsibilities include creating detailed work orders, coordinating with operations to minimize disruption, and maintaining schedules. Requires CMMS experience, OSHA knowledge, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, vocational training preferred.
• 3+ years in manufacturing/industrial setting, planner/scheduler experience preferred.
• CMMS experience and familiarity with mechanical/electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Review work notifications, plan work orders and assign to technicians.
• Develop and maintain weekly/monthly maintenance schedules using CMMS.
• Create detailed work orders with labor estimates, materials, tools and permits.
• Coordinate with operations to minimize production disruption.
• Monitor backlog and ensure resources available for scheduling.
• Develop and maintain preventive/predictive maintenance plans (PM).
• Attend daily meetings and participate in training.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors for timely service.
