Nestlé USA is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support the Maintenance Team and Engineering, ensuring preventive, predictive, and project maintenance work is planned and resources are ready. You will lead the plan execution with the Production schedule, guiding Line Mechanics, and coordinating with management as needed.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, hands-on CMMS experience (SAP/Maximo/MP2/MLS), and proven leadership across shifts.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP, Maximo, MP2, MLS, etc.
Proven ability to provide leadership, coaching and guidance to team members across shifts.

Mansioni

Plan Predictive/Preventive maintenance with manufacturing supply and production plan and resources.
Evaluate notifications and convert to Work Orders or provide feedback to requestors.
Supervise Maintenance parts store room.
Manage CMMS data (FLOC, BOMs, PMs) in SAP/AMM during modifications or improvements.
Verify PM/CBM/PDM plans are completed and data is captured for evaluation.
Analyze data and generate metrics and trend analyses; provide engineering feedback.
Monitor mechanic data entry in SAP/AMM; train as needed.
Monitor Work Order completion, backlog, and schedule compliance.
